  1. $95 discount for those who traveled to Italy with Edison in 2004

  2. Auto pay—sign up by Oct. 14, 2008

  3. Trip insurance—available until 75 days prior to departure

  4. Payment Deadline dates without auto pay:
    35 days after enrollment $150 due ($35 late fee)
    Aug. 31--$300 ($40 late fee)
    Nov. 30—Final payment due 99 days before departure ($95 late fee)

Participants must be 18 years of age or older or travel with a legal guardian.

Costs:  

  • Total for Students 22 and younger (3-4 per hotel room):$1921

  • Total for Adults 23 and older (only 2 per hotel room):$2160

  • As of July 7, 2008, EF Tours has indicated that additional Airport departure fees will be assessed up to 99 days before the tour. EF Tours cannot control or predict these additional costs, and fees will increase as the cost of fuel rises.

  • Total for single room accommodations: additional $275 for students/$200 for adults

  • Land only price: $1260.

  • Round trip airfare is from Dayton, OH.  Travel arrangements from other cities is possible, but travelers will need to coordinate with Edison’s dates and times for transportation to and from the Rome airport.
