University Transfer Programs
Edison's Associate of Arts (AA) and Associate of Science (AS) degrees allow you to complete the first two years of study for nearly any baccalaureate major and to transfer to a four-year institution. Typically, you then specialize in a major during your junior and senior years at the transfer institution.
If you intend to transfer you should identify your transfer institution and program as soon as possible. It is strongly recommended that you consult with advisors and faculty at both Edison and the transfer institution to assure maximum transfer.
If you are undecided about a major your advisor will help you plan a general program that meets the basic lower division requirements at most colleges and universities. Completion of the state Transfer Module is highly recommended.
Edison students have transferred very successfully to colleges across the nation, including nearly all public colleges in Ohio. With careful planning you will be able to transfer to virtually into any program and the college of your choice.
Transfer programs at Edison offer many benefits, including significantly lower costs compared to four-year colleges and a high quality, personalized learning atmosphere geared to ensure your academic success.
