MTH 221S Calculus and Analytical Geometry I
Introduction to differential and integral calculus.  Includes differentiation and integration of algebraic and transcendental functions with applications to science and engineering.  Prerequisite:   Math assessment test and four years of college preparatory mathematics (including pre-calculus), or a grade of "C" or better in MTH 122S and MTH 123S. 5 credit hours. MTH 222S Calculus and Analytical Geometry II
A standard second semester calculus course.  Includes topics of numerical integration techniques; conic sections; indefinite integral; indeterminate forms of limits; and infinite series and Taylor's theorem.  Prerequisite:  a grade of "C" or better in MTH 221S. 5 credit hours.  Syllabus

MTH 223S Calculus and Analytical Geometry III
A standard third semester calculus course.  Includes the topics of parametric equations, solid analytical geometry; vectors and vector functions; multivariable calculus; partial derivatives, and multiple integrals.  Prerequisite;  a grade of "C" or better in MTH 222S. 5 credit hours.  Syllabus

MTH 226S Calculus for Business and Life Sciences
Designed for business and life science majors.  Topics include limits, continuity, the derivative and techniques of differentiation; graphing techniques, logarithmic and exponential functions; anti-derivatives, definite integrals and techniques of integration; and applications of the derivative and integral to business and life science.  Not open to students with credit in MTH 221S and MTH 222S.   Prerequisite:  Satisfactory math assessment score and four years of college preparatory mathematics, or a grade of "C" or better in MTH 122S. 4 credit hours.  Syllabus

MTH 231S Differential Equations
An ordinary differential equations course with topics that include techniques of first order differential equations; existence and uniqueness theorems for solutions; solutions of linear differential equations; LaPlace transforms and solutions of initial value problems; and series solutions.  Prerequisite:  a grade of "C" or better in MTH 223S. 4 credit hours.  Syllabus

MTH 299S Selected Topics in Mathematics
An in-depth study of a particular selected topic in Mathematics.  Prerequisite:   Dependent on topic. 1-3 credit hours
