This option provides the skills and knowledge needed to enter and advance in real estate sales and management. Potential home owners may wish to add to their personal knowledge of real estate through enrollment in selected courses. New salespeople need the following pre-license courses:
  • RLE 111S, 112S, 113S and 211S

Proof of passage of the state real estate exam is worth 9 credit hours and is equivalent to RLE 111S, RLE 112S, RLE113S, and RLE 211S.
